Head of School
Karen Ghidotti has over 13 years of diverse experience. She spent more than five years working at a newly-created state agency handling policy development, where she worked with the legislators and the governor's office to established needed reform and conducted research to develop and implement new programs. On the education front, she worked at the Arkansas Department of Education for four years, where she had the oversight responsibility of several state and federal grant programs administered by the department. Ms. Ghidotti also worked on special projects for the Director, and has also spent time working at a private non-profit foundation.
